Brian Salcedo has spent more than 25 years turning blueprints into homes and storm-damaged roofs into lasting protection across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. As co-founder of Salcedo Homes | Design + Build and ROC Roofing, he leads two companies built on the same conviction: anything can be built or fixed right when you have the right instructions, the right systems, and the discipline to follow through — every time. From custom home construction to metal roofing, siding, and waterproofing, Brian invests in documentation, process, and craftsmanship so each project is done correctly the first time, not just quickly.
Brian’s path to construction leadership started far from a jobsite — on the pitcher’s mound. A standout college baseball player who went on to coach at the high school level, he learned early that a good crew will always outperform a good individual, a philosophy that now shapes how he builds teams at both companies. He co-founded ROC Roofing with insurance expert Andrew Harpole; the name — short for Representatives of Christ — reflects Brian’s belief that business is also a form of service: a place to lead customers, teammates, and community with integrity, transparency, and care. That same ethos drives Salcedo Homes’ signature “Dream Meeting” process, where a client’s vision is translated into 3D walkthroughs, real-time budget tracking, and a finished home built with uncompromising attention to detail.
Brian and his wife, Sarah, have built businesses together for two decades — through the 2008 recession, historic Texas weather events, and the disruptions of the pandemic — and credit their staying power to one non-negotiable: never sacrifice integrity for convenience. Today they live in Plano with their four children. Brian regularly speaks to trade groups, youth organizations, faith communities, and recovery programs about building a life — and a business — from nothing, and he’s looking to connect with fellow Warrior Networking members and business owners who take their craft, their people, and their purpose just as seriously.
